Cancellations can be made 24 hours prior to your appointment without charge. Customers can cancel either through the online system or by phone. An exception will be made for sudden injury and contagious illness on a case-by-case basis and will be determined by Central Health Clinic.
A "no show" on an appointment will lead to a 100% charge of the single priced service fee.
Refunds will be given for any prepaid unused treatments or product within 30 days of purchase. Refunds given to a credit or debit card may take up to 30 days to be returned on the card.
Central College Healthcare Centre accepts cash, Visa and Master Card for services and any product purchase. Payment is due at the time of service and /or when products are received.
A $25.00 fee will be applied to all dishonored payments (returned credit card payments).

If you are ever uncomfortable during the treatment either from the position or from the acupuncture treatment, RMT, aromatherapy, or any healing therapy please notify the practitioner immediately so we can rectify the situation to make you feel more comfortable.
Acupuncture treatments are not always comfortable and often induce a weird or uncomfortable feeling at the site of the needle. This feeling is considered beneficial and is a healing reaction. However, if you ever have some sort of sharp or electrical pain, please tell the acupuncturist immediately.
